At Ready Web Studio, we want you to feel confident when ordering your website. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, you're protected.
1. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before work begins on your website project. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and payment plans through Klarna or Afterpay.
Payment must be completed before the 48-hour delivery timeline begins
All prices are in USD
Payment plans through Klarna/Afterpay are subject to their respective terms and approval
2. Project Timeline & Delivery
Your website will be delivered within 48 business hours from the moment all of the following have been received and confirmed:
Completed project brief form
All required content (copy, images, logo, brand colors)
Any additional materials specified during onboarding
Business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding public holidays.Weekends and holidays do not count toward the 48-hour delivery window.
Material Submission Deadline: All required materials must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. If materials are incomplete or not received within this period, the project will be placed on hold. The 48-hour delivery clock does not begin until all materials are confirmed as complete and approved by Ready Web Studio.
Client Inactivity: Projects where the client has not submitted required materials or responded to communications within 30 calendar days of purchase will be marked complete and delivered in their current state. No refund will be issued.
Revision Requests: Any revision requests submitted after delivery that require new content, structural changes, or assets not included in the original brief will be treated as a new project scope and quoted separately.
3. Revision Policy
We offer free revisions until you're 100% satisfied with your website.
What "Revisions" Means: Revisions include changes to the design, layout, colors, fonts, and content within the original page structure and package. It does not include adding new functionality, pages beyond your package limit, or completely redesigning sections.
Within Scope Revisions (Unlimited & Free):
Content updates (text, images)
Color adjustments
Font changes
Layout refinements to existing sections
Mobile responsiveness fixes
Performance optimizations
Out of Scope Changes (Additional Fee Required):
Adding new pages beyond the package limit
Complete design direction changes after approval
New functionality not included in original package
Third-party integrations not discussed in brief
Major restructuring of approved layouts
We'll always clarify if a request is out of scope before charging additional fees.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We stand behind our work and are committed to delivering a website you love. Our goal is always to resolve issues through revisions, not refunds. Creative work involves significant time, expertise, and resources, and refunds are considered a last resort after all other solutions have been exhausted.
Before Initial Delivery: You may request a full refund anytime before we deliver the first draft of your website. No questions asked.
After Initial Delivery: Once we've delivered your first draft, refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances and require the following process:
Step 1 - Communicate Your Concerns: You must provide specific, detailed feedback about what you're unhappy with. Vague statements like "I don't like it" are not sufficient. We need actionable feedback to improve the design.
Step 2 - Mandatory Revision Process: You must allow us to complete a minimum of 3 revision rounds with clear direction from you. Most issues are resolved during this phase. We will work closely with you to understand your vision and make necessary changes.
Step 3 - Design Alternatives (If Needed): If revisions don't resolve your concerns, we'll offer alternative design directions or assign a different designer to your project at no additional cost.
Step 4 - Management Review: If you're still unsatisfied after Steps 1-3, your project will be reviewed by our management team to determine if a refund is warranted.
Refund Eligibility Requirements: A refund may only be requested within 7 calendar days after initial delivery, and only if:
You have completed Steps 1-3 in good faith
You have responded promptly to all revision requests (within 48 hours)
You have provided clear, specific, actionable feedback at each stage
The website has not been published live
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:
You simply changed your mind or business direction
You decided you can't afford the monthly hosting after purchase
You're requesting a refund for subjective preferences after approving revisions
More than 7 days have passed since initial delivery
The website has been published live or files have been downloaded
You failed to respond to our revision requests within 48 hours
You did not provide the required materials or clear direction during the revision process
You are requesting a refund due to factors outside our control (market conditions, personal circumstances, budget changes)
Partial Refunds: In cases where significant work has been completed but the project cannot proceed, we may offer a partial refund based on work completed. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Our Commitment: We will always exhaust every reasonable option to deliver a website you're proud of before processing a refund. The vast majority of concerns are resolved through our revision process, and we're confident we can do the same for you.
5. Hosting & White Glove Service
All packages include our White Glove hosting service at $79/month, which covers:
Secure hosting and SSL certificate
Ongoing maintenance and updates
Security monitoring and backups
Technical support and minor edits
99.9% uptime guarantee
Hosting Terms:
Hosting fee is billed monthly and separate from the website package price
You may cancel hosting anytime with 30 days notice
After 30 days, hosting is paused and the site is taken offline (all content and assets are preserved)
Domain Ownership: If we register a domain on your behalf, you own the domain. We will transfer domain credentials to you upon request at any time.
6. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for providing:
All written content (copy, headlines, descriptions)
Images and media files
Logo and brand assets
Any third-party account credentials needed (Google Analytics, email service providers, etc.)
If content is not provided:
The 48-hour delivery timeline will pause until materials are received
We can provide placeholder content for free or for an additional fee, depending on scope
Projects delayed beyond 30 days due to missing content will be completed with placeholder content and marked as delivered
7. Client Inactivity
If you do not respond to revision requests, approve concepts, or provide feedback within 10 calendar days after three contact attempts, the project will be marked as complete. After automatic completion:
Work will be delivered as-is
No additional revisions will be provided
No refunds will be issued
This ensures timely project management and fairness for all clients.
8. Post-Delivery Changes
Once your website has been delivered and approved, the type of changes you can request depends on what's included in your White Glove service versus what requires additional fees.
Included in White Glove Service ($79/month):
Minor content updates (text changes, updating contact info, pricing updates)
Image replacements (swapping existing images for new ones)
Small layout adjustments within existing page structure
Color or font tweaks
Bug fixes and performance optimization
Security updates and maintenance
Changes That Require Additional Fees:
Adding new pages beyond your original package
Major design overhauls or complete redesigns
Integrating new tools or third-party services (CRM, booking systems, payment processors, etc.)
Custom functionality development
E-commerce features
Advanced animations or interactions
Significant restructuring of content or layout
What's the difference? White Glove covers ongoing maintenance and minor edits to keep your site fresh and running smoothly. Anything that requires significant design work, new development, or expands beyond the original scope of your package will require a quote for additional work.
If you're unsure whether a request is included, just ask. We're always happy to clarify and provide quotes for additional work.
9. Ownership & License
Upon full payment and project completion:
You own all rights to the final website design
You receive a perpetual license to use all deliverables
We retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
10. Before a Refund, We'll Always Try to Fix It
Our goal is to deliver a website you love. Before processing a refund, we will offer:
Additional revision rounds with detailed feedback
Assignment to a different designer if needed
Direct support from a project manager
Bonus concepts or design alternatives
These steps often resolve issues quickly and effectively.
11. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
Every refund is logged in your project record for transparency
Domain registration fees and third-party costs are non-refundable
12. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@readywebstudio.co with:
Your order number and/or company name
A brief explanation of the issue
What you'd like us to improve (if applicable)
We'll review your request promptly and work toward the best solution.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ready Web Studio is not liable for:
Loss of business, revenue, or profits due to website downtime
Issues caused by third-party services or integrations
Content provided by the client (copyright, accuracy, legality)
Changes made to the website after delivery by the client or third parties
Any legal claims arising from your business operations, products, services, or marketing practices
Client's violation of any laws or regulations
Disputes between you and your customers
Any use of the website in a manner not intended or authorized by us
Maximum Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall Ready Web Studio's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your website package. This applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the project agreement:
Client Cancellation:
You may cancel before we begin work on your project and receive a full refund, no questions asked
Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for automatic refunds and will be reviewed under our standard refund policy (Section 4)
Once initial delivery has been made, all cancellations are subject to our refund policy requirements
Our Right to Terminate: We may terminate if you violate these terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in abusive behavior toward our team. If we terminate for cause:
No refund will be issued if work has been completed
A partial refund may be issued if work is still in progress, determined on a case-by-case basis
15. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Ready Web Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion if:
The project scope exceeds our capabilities or available resources
The requested website involves illegal content, adult content, or violates our ethical standards
We determine we cannot meet the 48-hour delivery commitment due to project complexity
The client has provided false or fraudulent information (examples include: fake business details, stolen credit cards, impersonating another business, or providing content you don't have rights to use)
The client engages in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward our team
Technical limitations prevent us from delivering the requested functionality
If we cancel an order before work begins, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. If we cancel after work has begun, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on work completed, or we will work with you to adjust the project scope to something deliverable.
16. White Glove Service Pricing Changes
The monthly White Glove hosting service fee is currently $79/month. We reserve the right to adjust this pricing with 60 days advance notice via email.
If pricing changes:
Existing clients will receive 60 days notice before any price increase takes effect
You may cancel your hosting service anytime before the new pricing takes effect without penalty
Price increases will never exceed 20% in a single year
Clients who prepay annually will lock in their current rate for the duration of the prepaid period
We are committed to providing advance notice and transparency around any pricing changes.
17. Backups and Data Loss
We maintain regular backups of all hosted websites. However:
We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical content
In the event of data loss, we will restore from our most recent backup (typically within 24 hours)
Backups are retained for 30 days
18. Legal Compliance
We build websites that include standard privacy-friendly features (privacy policy pages, terms of use, etc.). If you don't provide your own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, we will include industry-standard template versions as placeholders. However:
You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and ensuring all legal pages are accurate for your specific business
You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, ADA, etc.)
Template legal pages we provide are for convenience only and do not constitute legal advice
We can implement additional compliance features upon request, but we do not provide legal advice
19. Client Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready Web Studio, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Content you provide (text, images, logos, trademarks, copyrighted material)
Your use of the website after delivery
Your business practices, products, or services
Any violation of laws or regulations by you or your business
Third-party claims related to your website content or business operations
Misrepresentation of your business, products, or services
Any modifications made to the website after delivery by you or third parties
In simple terms: You're responsible for your business, your content, and how you use your website. We're responsible for building it. If someone sues you for something related to your business or content, that's not our responsibility.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ready Web Studio provides website design and hosting services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
That the website will meet your specific business needs or generate specific results
That the website will be error-free or uninterrupted
That defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
We make every effort to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, conversion rates, or revenue results.
Our Promise to You
You'll never be stuck with a website you don't love. Whether through revisions, design alternatives, or a refund, we'll always ensure your brand receives the right creative direction.
